• We do all the loading and all disposal fees are included
• Additional tonnage is charged at £120 per tonne ex-vat
• For most collections our labour inclusive allowance is ample. Where this is not the case, a labour supplement is charged, but will be made very clear before we start.
• Skip Comparison - Our clearance vehicles have twice the space of a 6 yard skip. (A typical skip seen in a residential street)
• Labour allowance labour cost £45 exc VAT per extra 30 mins, if needed.(if additional labour time is needed, this will be made very clear before we start)
• Weight allowance - for heavy material we charge by weight. (approx 40 bags of rubble or soil weights 1 tonne)
• All price are listed as starting from and are based on collection in the East London area.
• Prices may vary depending on area, load volume and weight.
• Once on site our clearance team will provide a full clearance price and if you are happy they will take every thing away.
