The All Clear Company - UK Service Guidelines

Unfortunately with some services that The All Clear Company offer such as skip hire we are unable to offer an exact time for delivery/collection. The All Clear Company and our service partners are very flexible and will at all times try our best to fit your needs.

Overloaded Skips

The correct way to load a skip is not to exceed the top level of the walls.

Over loading your skip will create a problem when it is ready to be collected!

For health and safety reasons, TACC UK reserves the right to refuse collection or level the waste when picking the skip up if it is deemed unsafe for transport.

Skip No No’s

Please do not load your skip with any of the following!

Plasterboard, fridges/freezers, televisions, computer monitors, food waste, full paint cans, aerosols, gas canisters, tyres, asbestos or electrical items.

The All Clear Company offers a collection services for all the above mentioned items but we are unable to collect as part of a skip collection. Call our customer service team for more details.

Under no circumstance should a fire be started in a skip.

Skips must not be moved by anybody but a TACC UK representative.

Skip must not obstruct any access or areas without permission.

In the unlikely event when your skip is delivered or collected you are asked for payment or given an invoice, please simply instruct the TACC UK representative that you have already paid for your service through TACC UK.
